  • I have more than 9 years of experience
    conducting individual coaching sessions for C-level, middle-level executives and
    business owners, providing group and team coaching sessions, leading workshops, and delivering experiential training programs. My work has covered various sectors, including sales, manufacturing, IT, education, marketing, healthcare, telecommunications, etc. private and public sectors.
  • With over 15 years of leadership experience spanning private and public sectors—including services, manufacturing, and healthcare
    industries—I bring a deep understanding of diverse organizational environments.
    In addition, I served for 2 years on the Board of the ICF Global Lithuania Chapter and have contributed as a volunteer for initiatives such as Humanitarian Coaching Network and LT Big Brother, etc.

Before starting the coaching cycle, expectations are aligned with the sponsor, and the desired outcomes are then discussed and agreed upon with the team. The process creates a safe space for constructive dialogue, real-time learning, and taking action toward shared goals.
