My purpose is to help organizations develop leadership cultures rooted in values, clarity, and human connection, where people come together to deliver long-term value. Drawing from over 15 years of leadership experience and global coaching certifications, I integrate proven, practical tools to support leaders, teams, and organizations in creating environments where innovation and purpose thrive.

  • With 10+ years of professional coaching experience and 15+ years in executive leadership, I support C-level and mid-level managers, leadership teams, and group dynamics across private and public sectors, including IT, sales, manufacturing, healthcare, education, and more.
  • I’ve contributed to global coaching initiatives and served on the Board of ICF Lithuania 2018-2020. I am ICF Lithuania 2025-2026 Board member and 2025 ICF Lithuania president.
